Great Lakes Malting Company is a craft malt house located in Traverse City, Michigan. They produce and supply an assortment of malted grains to the brewing and distilling industries across the Midwest. With a growing business and need for a more cohesive brand identity, they came to me for an overhaul.

It was important to establish a look that stays relevant to the category while still creating a mark that stands out from the crowd. I worked with GLM to hone in on a look that’s bold and incorporates elements important to the culture of northern Michigan and the larger Midwest.
