The vehicle owner journey is complex and Ford owners have a lot to navigate at all steps of owning their vehicle. Our team has been able to play a key role in reimagining what that entire process can look like. From establishing touchpoints to building out a more efficient CRM process, we’ve managed to create messaging that allows our owners to be more engaged and knowledgeable of Ford’s offerings throughout ownership.

Tailored Owner Comms

Working with the AdZu platform, our team was able to create targeted communications to speak directly to owners regarding their specific needs. In the example below, we created an email that will serve up different messaging depending on which service the vehicle is due for. We also designed an icon system that quickly shows the status of their vehicle at the top of the email.

MORE THAN A TEMPLATE

Part of streamlining Ford’s owner communications meant creating a template library that provides a cohesive and efficient way of building emails. While creativity can’t always be contained in templates, we’re always finding ways to push what we have to to work with in a way that feels bespoke and thoughtfully designed. One of the ways we do this is by incorporating motion whenever possible. Below are some examples of GIFs I’ve created to be used in our communications.
